1. General Policy
At Verobots, we want every customer to be satisfied with our services. This page details the conditions under which you can request the cancellation or refund of services.
2. Subscription Cancellation
2.1 Monthly Subscription
You can cancel anytime.
- Access the administration panel
- Disable automatic renewal
- The service remains active until the end of the paid month
- After expiration, the subscription ends automatically
2.2 Multi-Month Subscriptions (3, 6, 12 months)
If you change your mind in the first month:
- We offer a refund for the remaining months
- No refund is offered for the current month (already consumed)
Example: You purchased 12 months and request cancellation on day 20 → You receive a refund for 11 months.
3. Conditions for Refund
3.1 Full Refund
We offer a full refund (including the current month) if:
- The service does not work due to our fault
- We cannot resolve the technical issue within a reasonable time
- There is a major failure in the platform
3.2 Partial Refund
We offer a refund for the remaining months (not the current month) if:
- You change your mind in the first month of a multi-month subscription
- You no longer wish to continue the service
3.3 No Refund
We do not grant a refund in the following situations:
- Dissatisfaction with the agent's responses caused by incomplete/incorrect data entered by the client
- Cancellation after the first month in multi-month subscriptions
- Suspension for violation of the terms of use
- Excessive traffic or abusive use
4. Quality Guarantee
The virtual agent responds based on:
- Data collected automatically from your site
- Data entered manually by you in the platform
If you are not satisfied with the answers:
- You have full access to edit and improve the data
- We offer comprehensive tutorials and documentation
- Our support agent can guide you
We do not offer a refund for dissatisfaction with the quality of responses when the problem is in the provided data.
5. Refund Process
- Contact our virtual agent and explain the situation
- The agent will analyze the request or escalate it
- If the refund is approved, the money returns in 5-10 business days
- The refund is made to the same payment method used for the purchase
6. Exceptions
For Enterprise solutions (Grand Ecommerce, Government, Education, Agencies), the refund conditions are specified in the individual contract.
